Electronic Cigarettes, or E-Cigs are electronic devices designed to be smoking alternatives.  They  offer smokers a way to enjoy nicotine and the physical pleasures of smoking with less chemical exposure.  Electronic cigarettes are also permitted in many places that tobacco cigarettes are banned such as restaurants, movie theaters, and bars.
